Poor fish!

On Sunday 8 March at about 2 in the afternoon we ordered a combo of fish and calamari. The calamari was not well cooked and the fish was awful. It was watery, no crispy skin and poorly grilled. We did call the manager and he apologised and we could come back. Did he want us to arrive at the door and say "we are the couple that called you about our fish". I cant do that its embarrassing. I would suggest you review you processes regarding customer feedback.
