Poor customer service

Service unexceptionable. Was waiting to be attendant for an hour. Food was cold when it eventually got to the table no cutlery no sauce and we waited, however three other families already left that came after us who got served before us. Waiter got tipped well because it's not his fault I believe. I'm in retail for over 15 years and customer service is key.
