Paying for tartar sauce when ordering a take away

On Monday evening 18/01/16 I ordered a take away telephonicallyat Ocean Basket Atterbury. When I went collect it I asked the seemingly young and arrogant Hostess for tartar sauce, she quickly rep**** that it is extra!!! Since when does one pay extra for Tartar sauce when you order a take away. I have ordered take ways at Ocean Basket Woodlands and they have given me tartar sauce free of charge along with my meal. It is not about the money but if you do one thing at one store it should be done at all of them. In fact I have ordered before at Atterbury Ocean Basket and I have also asked for tartar sauce and I seemingly got it along with my meal. Even when you sit down, it is part of your meal. There is no difference. I am a paying customer who still paid full price for my meal!!!! Seems as though Ocean Basket Woodlands will be getting the business from now on.
