Pathic customer service!

A day I would like to forget. I have experienced the worst customer service in my life at Ocean Basket in Clearwater mall.

First of all we had to wait 15 minutes after ordering the drinks and over 45 minutes for our food (which never arrived). A complaint was laid to the manager but no apology was given or explanation for the delay.

What upset me more was that I was accompanied by my 7 month pregnant sister. All we wanted was to celebrate a birthday lunch. To make things worse we had an uber waiting for us and we were starving. People that came after us got served before us and we could just look at them

No response from manager and waiter just gave us the bill for our drinks with no apology. I wouldn't recommend Ocean Basket in Clearwater mall to anyone.
