PATHETIC,USELESS SERVICE
Really and truly unacceptable.I complaint about a certain ocean basket In December and received a voucher.I tried to use the voucher on 2nd February, according to the manager it was used already which I certainly didn't use.Firstly this was embarrassing on my side not that I couldn't afford the bill,just the fact that the person that issued me the voucher made a feel like an idiot using something that says was already used.Will never want to darken any ocean basket doors in the future after my encounter.

04 Feb 2025, 10:10No communication from anybody after writing this review. I called headoffice, was kept on hold for 20 minutes which no ones answers there phones.Surely they not running a business more like a circus.Pathetic service from a company of this sought😡😡😡
