Pathetic service / unavailability of food

<p>First of all air conditioning does not work. Secondly we order a Mussel Pot in garlic and lemon sauce. We received a Mussel Hot Pot which is not even on the menu and had to pay for it. When it came to ordering some prawns, we are informed that they do not have any king or queen prawns. Absolutely pathetic for a reputable fish restaurant. Not a word from the manager/franchise holder who was there but not there. We previously had hassles at this restaurant and have not been back for quite a while but thought we will give it another go but what a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN in Middelburg. We are too used to excellent service and food in Umhlanga.</p>
