Pathetic service received

On Tuesday i visited the suncoast branch. After be seated, i waited 20mins for our order to be placed. And then 1 meal arrived after 30mins and then the other meal arrived after another 15mins. This restaurant was not busy and i could not understand why we had to wait so long. This is pathetic service for this branch being new. I will never visit another OB ever again.
