Pathetic service or rather lack of service

I had such a hectic day and I knew that I wasn't going to sleep unless I finalise tomorrow's presentation. So from the Gautrain station I decided to work on those presentations while having supper. I got to the restaurant, and I was shown my table and that was the end. As I'm writing this complaint, 30 minutes later, no one has attended to me, not to even offer a glass of water and the restaurant is not even busy. A group of 4 white guys came in 15 minutes after me, they sat next to me and they have had their drinks and meals already. How pathetic is this? and to think that this is my favorite restaurant. Waiters are just walking past and no one has even bothered to ask if I was ok. And this is not the first time, even though the first time it wasn't me, there was a couple who sat for more than 20minutes without anyone attending to them. If this is the service, I will never bring my business to this pathetic restaurant.
