Pathetic Service. Ocean Basket Gateway

Absolutely pathetic service at Ocean Basket in gateway. Sat down and ordered sushi for starters and then ordered our main meals. Opted for 2 glasses of water with lemon and ice for drinks. Asked th waiter for a straw to which she said they don't give out straws anymore. Asked to speak to th manager and he's reply was th same. So I asked him to look around at th other tables and almost everyone else had a straw. He said that straws are served only with milkshakes. I showed that there were a number of people using straws for their other drinks. I explained my wife has sensitive teeth and would like a straw for her drink. He told us if we didn't like th fact that they can't give us a straw we can leave. Almost R500 loss off business all because of a straw. Pathetic Service. If you guys are not serving straws then it shouldn't be used for selected drinks only. Manager could have dealt with th situation differently aswell. I have told a numerous amount of people about my bad experience and certainly won't be going back to that ocean basket again.
