Pathetic Service from waiter and branch manager

Firstly the waiter was not capable of taking our orders correctly. After a 50 minute wait the food starts coming out a single plate at a time, with 50 to 10 minute gaps between plates! The food ordered is not what we receive. After complaining to the manager about the service & incorrect food given to us, one meal is replaced but guess what, its still incorrect. One of the other meals is not fully cooked through as well.

I was then charged for what I originally ordered BUT NEVER RECEIVED the food by Ocean Basket and I refused to pay for it, the branch manager comes to the table and rattles on. Pitch (Branch Managers name) is an arrogant rude man who doesnt understand what customer service is!!! All he insisted what the bill be paid in full for everything. The floor manager kindly assisted atleast to correct the billinh for the one meal.

Overqall the quality of the food is not upto standard, the service is shocking! Ive been to this particular Ocean Basket now twice and this is the last. Horrible place, there is better out there
