Pathetic service from Ocean basket Killarney Mall Johannesburg

I ordered a delivery order from Ocean basket Killarney Mall via the Ocean basket app,my order was not delivered and I payed for the order. I tried to call the restuarant my call was not answered, I tried to call the next day spoke to manager Angie who failed to help me and told me someone from heard office will call me its been a week no one contacted me.Am really disappointed with such poor service, I was charged for something I didn't have
