Pathetic Service and poor quality food!!

<p>Last night we went out for the usual Friday take out as a family. The restaurant was Ocean basket at Clear Water Mall. This was a huge mistake which I would regret later. We placed our order and the waitress advise the entire meal will be served at the same time as the family consists of 4 people. This did not materialise. My son received his food first and after 10 mins we received our food. The food was cold. I sent this back to the kitchen and was rectified. By this time the manager wanted to investigate what went wrong, which I was obliged to give him feedback. The entire mood was spoilt as all attention was on our table and to make matters worst, another manager decided to look into the matter. I was really annoyed and sent him on his way. To top it off the bill was incorrect which I had to rectify! Today my daughter feels ill! Ocean Basket, I will never place a foot at any one of your venues!</p>
