Pathetic service

Ocean basket at Suncoast don't even deserve 1 star , pathetic is not even a word to describe. Will never recommend anyone to go there. We arrived at 16:45 , place an order at 17:00 our drinks arrived at 17:15 , we waited up until 17:50 and noticed people who came after us was served , when we called our waitress who had a no care attitude she ignored us ,we then woke up to leave the manager came and asked us to be seated she will check just to realize the order was not put through..
