pathetic service

On Weds evening our family made a booking for 6:30 at the Steenberg Ocean basket. It has a nice kids area and we are regular OB fans but frequent Plumstead normally. We placed drinks orders at 6:50 and food orders at justafter 7:15. I ordered a starter and we tried to make sure the 2 minors with us would be done eating and could leave by 8:30 latest. Our meals took an hour and twenty minutes for the meals to arrive. The one order was wrong and the last order arrived at 8:50.what makes things really pathetic is i ask for the manager and he was to busy to come. The entire restaurant was half empty yet there was no service. 2 couples that arived and order 30min after us got there sushi orders first and we waited an extra 30min. What is laughable is i called the restaurant from my seat and the manager was handed the phone but enven then he said he was busy. nstead of come see if he could assist. When we eventually got our meals and ate i did not get the starter i ordered, we were not offered extra cooldrinks or deserts. Eventually when we paid for the meal the on sushi dish was taken off because of the wrong order taken. There service is really poor and the management pathetic
