Pathetic service

At 12:18 I called Ocean Basket Mokopane to place an order for a prawn and mussel combo, I was assisted by Petros, and at first it was a pleasant call and he was very helpful and informed me that the delivery will take about 15 minutes. At 12:35 Pretos called to tell me that there is a delivery charge he forgot to inform me about R20, I informed him that its too much since Im not far from them but since I have an injury I cant come and collect, so he should cancel the order, he refused and told me he cannot do that, since his manager Ettiene is leaving in a few minutes he will ask him to drop it off, and I will know in future that they charge for delivery. Really, AN HOUR LATER I called the restuarant again at 13h31, and he told me that Ettiene refused with the order as they can only deliver if I pay the R20. My problem-no customer service, promises they cant honor, and NOT EVEN THE DECENCY to inform me that they wont be delivering for me, INSTEAD, just an excuse that they had a meeting and FORGOT TO CALL ME BACK, so I can order at alternative places. For a branch that is still new, this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER from any Ocean Basket Ive ever visited. Im disgusted.
