We visited Mall of the North Ocean Basket as a family on the 26th of December 2020. I had to literally complain about our kiddies drinks order, as I felt that the service was slow and it was not busy. Drinks came, food come. We then requested for our drinks take aways from a Manager by the name of Chicco who threw away the plastic bags and raised his voice. He then threatened to come and have a fight that's when punches flew. Chicco has no management skills and he literally confessed that he is ******. We were called ****** right inside Ocean Basket. I am eally disappointed in the manner Chicco handled himself in front of the patrons and staff.
