Pathetic derive and quality of food

I took my parents, I laws and siblings to ocean basket gateway. We waited 15 min before we ordered our drinks and got a menu. Then the drinks took 15-20 min to arrive and the waiter asks if we would like glasses for our drinks. As if we from the stone ages and will drink on the cans and bottles. The glasses had not arrived another 10-15 min time and I called for the manager. He then got us the glasses after another 5 min. Our starters and food came at the same time approx 30 min after we ordered and it was ice cold &very poorly presented. I asked the waiter why is all our food cold and his response was that it is the kitchen staff not hm he is not preparing the food. W did not have enough cutlery and had to ask a waiter to bring it to us and because he was not our waiter he told me he will call our waiter and that never happen, I got up and went to the waiter and ask him for the cutlery and thats when we got it. Thenwe did not receive the proper baskets to put our prawn peels and other waste and the waiters response is the head office did not send enough to the store. I urge customers not to support this store. I spent about R1300 of my hard earned money in this pathetic store
