Pathetic Customer service

Good Day.<br> On the 3 occasions that I visited the branch in Promenade, Mitchells Plain, I have been disgusted by their general service and customer service etiket.<br> I usually prefer not to dine at this particular branch because of their bad service.<br> On one of my visits Ocean basket was running a competition. When I asked my waitress about it, she just shrugged and said...\I dont know anything about the competition". I then told her to ask her manager and he did could not assist.<br> Yesterday"
