pathetic and disgusting service

i went to ocean basket in sandton on Sunday as i took my husband out for fathers day. we got there and firstly we waited 5 mins to be seated, we then waited a further 5 mins for a waiter to help us. Finally he arrived and was so rude and abrupt to us. He took our order while holding another persons food in his hands, imagine that. He then came back 10 minutes later with complimentary bread that was soo stale and inedible that we didnt even want to eat it. He finally came with our food, we asked for half chips and half rice that he came with 3/4 chips and 1/4 rice. The prawns were stale and actually made us sick as the doc said i had food poisoning as my son and i vomited the entire night. we then ate and paid our bill, just for him to come as ask if his getting a tip. I refused to give him a tip and he was soo rude to us and wasnt even polite . STAY AWAY FROM OCEAN BASKET IN SANDTON AS THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING !!!
