Pathetic

<p>As we arrived at our table we waited 10min for a waiter. One plate of food arrived much later and the rest were ice cold. Waiter never asked for more drinks or if the food was okay and if we needed anything. The date is 28 July 2016 at 19:30. Its like we weren't important or something. The waiter started clearing the table while we were still eating. It is unacceptable. It is one of my favourite restaurants and im sorry but it wont be anymore. This all happened while we were having a farewell for a family member who was departing to New Zealand. This happened at the Richards Bay branch. Regards Tony ********** ********** 398</p>
