Paper thin Sashimi

I visited Ocean Basket Muizenberg branch yesterday. I would not suggest anybody to go there to order sushi and sashimi . Sushi appears to be very unprofessionally prepared and presented. The Salmon Sashimi though - paper thin slices as thin as sliced polony!!! I asked the manager if the branch or group is in financial trouble. I have pictures to prove my point.

Their Plattekloof branch used to advertise its sashimi as the thickest slices anywhere.

To the manager’s credit though, he offered another plate of sashimi. One of the waiters however interjected that it is not the only thing that is wrong there…
