Paid for what we did not get

On the 26th Of Frebruary we went to Ocean Basket South Coast Mall in Shelly Beach. We ordered 2 x Seafood Platters for one...On arrival of food we were told there was no Calamari heads we approached the manager and asked him if the fish in the plate was Line fish as on menu, he said no It is hake... The menu state It's Line Fish and NOT Hake but We still paid for the price on the Menu...!!... Surely Hake is a much cheaper fish than Line Fish???.. It is surely bad management, planning and a *******...!!!
