Old prawns, raw chips, bad service

At approximately 7.40pm on Sun July 26th, 2015 my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a seafood dinner. Upon arrival we were informed that there was no bread available. We were also informed that if the restaurant was not busy, the staff are entitled to leave early, thereby encouraging us what NOT to order (seafood paella) to expedite our stay. We ordered the platter for two, as well as the seafood paella. When brought to our table, the platter was very bland, some prawns were slightly burnt, others looked old/whitish, the one piece of hake was brought only afterwards, no chips! We were very specific about ordering the chips, as the paella is made of rice. When asked where the chips were, the waiter rep**** \I don't know""; he was not very helpful - he did get them to send over a portion of chips - RAW!!! I sent them back!<br> We have dined at this restaurant before and were very satisfied with the food and the service;however this experience has left an extreme bitter taste (pun intended) in our mouths.
