Old food delivered cold and uncooked

<p>Yesterday I placed an order via Mr delivery... the delivery was good and on time, but the food from ocean basket was horrific. The rice was uncooked, the chips were old and fish tasted funcky. The food was cold as well, After paying R204 for a platter for one? I am really disappointed and buy from the restutant ever again. The resturant doesnt even deserves that 1 star.</p>
