Off sushi bad response.

Ocean Basket in Zevenwatch mall which I always purchase from for my family gave us off seafood. It was sour and made both my brother in law and sister sick. I sent Ocean basket the notification regarding this matter and all they could do was call me apologise and say that the business development manager would call me as well as the store owner. I have recieved no calls further and nothing to compensate my families sickness die to the off sushi.
