Ocen basket needs to reimburse me asap

Zevenwacht ocen basket............ I paid for my collection meal few mins ago 500 rand. Just to get home and it's not what I asked for!!i asked for my platter for two to be grilled and u can't even eat the calamari it's so hard we couldn't eat it the fish was soggy and I ask for calamari heads and I got a whole lot of tails instead deep fried? If calls are recorded then I'm sure you would hear my order properly? I mean I paid for this meal to feed my family instead I must now wip up something quick for my family. This is really horrible as my whole order came to 500 rand and I asked for California salmon rolls I got salmon rolls instead that I do not eat? So I would like to know now is my money wasted or what?
