Not impressed with the service I recieved at O.B Wterfront on Saturday, my wife felt that its been a long month and that we deserve a treat, however it turned out to be more of a test on our values and ethics, first of all, how does a main course get served with side plates?? Why was my bill delivered to my table in a glass? Why were my prawns over cooked? Baring in mind, these issues aren't brand related, they're branch specific and as a high profile customer service expert I feel that these are internal issues due to weak management, poor service deliveryfor a branch located in an area that's considered a tourist attraction.
