Ocean Basket worst service ever recieved

Yesterday on the 22 February 2015 I received the worst service from Ocean Basket Summerstrand Port Elizabeth, and to top it off it was my fathers birthday which he wanted to go to Ocean basket for his lunch.<br> <br> We were the biggest table in the restaurant 15 people with 2 toddlers, but we received the least amount of attention not once did any manager check to see if we were okay.<br> <br> We placed our orders around 13:15 and only received our mains at 14:30 and starters at 14:20 so basically we sat for an hour without food even when I told the managers that their response was we looking into it but they never came back to us. And when the food did arrive it was cold and several people who arrived 30 minutes after us received their food before us.The kids food 10 mins after the adults were severed.<br> Our waitress was not polite or apologetic that we did not receive our food we had to ask her for bread as she did not put anything on our table for 15 minutes another waiter put bread on the table for us. We ordered drinks which we never received but we were charged on the bill which we did ask to remove. At point she even argued that we told her to do something which we did not
