The hostess who gave our table away and was rude to my dad and fiance, and ignored me. When we complained to the manager, Grant Louw he was at first, saying he will wait on us personally and persuading is to stay. Laterhe stayed away, taking 15 minutes to get back to us for mains orders, then later completely fading away to have conversations on the floor with staff and seemingly passing us on to a runner. He ostensibly never repremanded the hostess, who again ignored us upon leaving. The worst birthday experience I've had in years in this backwards little Boland town.
