Ocean Basket Wonderboom disaster

So I have been buying platter for one at OB Wonderboom Junction and every single time the taste is horrible, from the bitter lemon butter sauce to charred bits and pieces to undercooked calamari. Something needs to be done about that OB because it's ruining OB brand image
