Ocean Basket Why bother having opening Times?

Ocean Basket at Cresta Crossing. May you please kindly explain to me how your store opens at 10am, but I go to place an order at 10h30 and Im told my good will take an hour to prepare and will only be ready at 11h30. How does that work?
