Ocean Basket Weatgate is got poor service

The service is so poor , the waiters looked down upon us , i had to go and ask for the menu , nobody welcomed us and and the guy i apprached had to tell the waiters that there is the customer . But jut after we got in , then came 4 guys which were treated differently and i wonder why
