OCEAN BASKET WATERFRONT NEVER EVER AGAIN THEY ***** FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS

<p>I went to the Ocean restaurant in the waterfront I was double debited on Friday and was advised that the money will reflect in my account the next day it is now Tuesday I want my money back I got a hold of Adrian the Manager he then refered me to Head Office "UPSTAIRS" Liyani was rude told me that she would need to get my bank statement and do an investigation what is there to investigate when I have proof on my side I did not give them any hassles when I had to pay my bill.The service was appalling the waiter didnt even greet the food was cold and to top it all off this happens.Now Adrian tells me that does not have authorisation to take money out of their till and give it to me I am at work during the day there is no way I can make it to their office by 5pm.So much for customer service I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT STUPID *********** RESTUARANT I WANT MY MONEY BACK.When I told them that I am going to report them on Hello Peter they told me to go right ahead.</p>
