Ocean Basket Very Bad

Ordered food from Ocean basket Northlands cornor Northriding threw Mr Delivery.

Our order consisted out half rice and half chips we only recieved the half chips we then called Mr Delivery and they phoned Ocean Basket. They came back and said they dont sell rice on its own i mean we dont want to buy rice we want what we ordered. 45min later and no one has come back to us this is such bad service from both Ocean Basket aswell as Mr Delivery.
