OCEAN BASKET UMHLANGA

Umhlanga ocean basket is the worse ocean basket I have been Too!!!! I stood 15 minutes waiting for the staff to wipe the water off the chairs for my partner and I to sit on after calling each waiter and being ignored by them. I then received my order of food after 10 minutes and the food was cold. The rice I ate was like hard and not cooked!!!! And I ordered 3 way calamari only to find a small fish in my plate which I did not order! Would that mean I received someone else's left overs ????? Disgusting Then we called the staff like x3 times and this guy just ignored us. But after I complained I recieved a new plate of few calamari and rice. That calamari was hot which means it was made at that time. The service is pathetic!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THIS WAS MY VALENTINE SUPPER which was ruined and I will never enter an ocean basket again!!!
