Ocean basket The Grove mall Pretoria- burned food

I ordered a sea bream fish at The Grove mall OB , waited for order for over 40 minutes. The order was for takeaway so I guess they took advantage of that when I complained about waiting for too long and they decided to give me a fish that was totally burned! I was not even able to return the food as it was already late . I am totally Dissatisfied!!!!!
