Ocean Basket The Grove Mall Nightmare

The Grove Mall Ocean Basket is by far the worst eatery I've even been to. My hubby and i ordered combo means and a halloumi starter. My hubbys meal came first with the prawns burnt, unfortunately does too taking medication he still ate it. The starter was then brought to the table also burnt, I sent it back. My meal then came through only to find the mussels snd calamari strips cold but the chips extremely hot. Speaking to the manager did not yield any tangible results just that he's sorry and it isn't always like that. The aircon was not working and there were so many flies, a few flies eventually fell into my food and I sent it back with the calamari uneaten. We spent R490 for the most aweful food.
