Ocean Basket | Take Away Order | Complaints

Am a frequent patron of Ocean Basket and only willing to dine at their restaurant for their their delicious prawns. However I ordered 3 dishes today for collection from their Gateway branch ... one of them was the platter for 1 ... I was extremely disappointed at the portion size ... It was very much minimal as to when I order it at a sit down in the restaurant. Considering I am paying the same price as it were a sit down meal .. I cannot understand why the portion was downsized. I was also not given the condiments of the garlic and chilies and tartar sauce that is normally served at the restaurant ... If for example I ordered for a collection at Panarottis they always include these condiments .. is there any reason why Ocean Basket is not offering this? I also must admit that this is the not the first time that they did not include these condiments or any take away utensils ? My biggest issue is with the downsized portion size ... as I cannot understand this ....
