Ocean Basket - Sushi - Not a great experience

Bought Sushi @ Ocean Basket N1 city last Tuesday 07/07/2020, the platter was R215 and we bought the fish special with that X 2 - our total bill was R285. The sushi was terrible, the rice was hard as if it had been standing open in a fridge, or it was undercooked. It was really unappetizing and I threw most of the sushi away as I thought it was perhaps only a few pieces, but felt the rice on all of the sushi pieces. The following day I placed my comments on Ocean Basket website and have yet to receive any calls from them regarding my complaint. Unfortunately I have no choice but to place my experience on Hello Peter.
