Ocean Basket Stellenbosch - Disgusted!!!!

Myself and my family went to the Ocean basket in Stellenbosch yesterday (17 Dec 2018). We wanted to take a drive out and enjoy seafood and sushi at ocean basket. We came all the way from the Parow area. When we got to Stellenbosch Ocean basket, we waited a while to be seated. Eventually we were seated by a waiter but we waited almost 20 minutes for another waiter to attend to us. We gave our drinks order which we waited 30 minutes for and our food order which was a seafood platter for 2 which we waited more than an hour for. We wanted to order sushi as well but the waiter just never-mindly told us the sushi chef was off today. I was so disgusted at the service, the time it took for our food to come and the way our waiter and the manager on duty treated us. We spent almost 3 hours at ocean basket. Bulk of the time was waiting for food and drinks. I ordered another drink after our meal and waited another 30 minutes for that to come. The waiter just told us he forgot about the drink order. I was extremely disgusted as we came all the way to enjoy a lunch which turned out disastrous!! When we left I told the manager how upset I was at the service and his response was that the Chinese people all came at lunch time and they ordered too much food.... That reponse upsetted me even more.
