Ocean Basket (Southgate mall)

Where do I even start??? YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST. Worst of my life. 1. Firstly... you walk in and find your own seat. (No one at the door to welcome you at all) 2. Once you've found your seat. Its other 10 mins to get the menu. 3. Finally get attended to 20 minutes later. All I wanted was water with ice before deciding what to eat, I'm sure all your staff can do that right??? WRONG! I asked a passing waitress and she blatantly asked me "Who's serving you?" I point, she calls her over and walks away. ? FOR WATER??? 3. Another 5 minutes later, I get my water and give Pam my order. 4. Thought I was the only one experience everywhere, one lady walked through the door & was immediately was turned back by other customers due to the service. 5. Waited it out to see how many more people would have the same experience before I got my food AN HOUR SINCE MY ARRIVAL, I counted just above 15. IN AN HOUR! (Most just up and left seeing no one paying attention to them, another couple didnt even pay for drinks and they were there before me!!!)

I'm not one for complaints but this should not go unrecognized. I'm hypoglycaemic and my body could have gone into shock while waiting.

I have absolutely no words to describe the service given today except ATROCIOUS!!!

Your food could be good but make sure your customer service matches up or... don't be in business if you cannot render a service as promised!!!
