Ocean Basket Southgate

Went for lunch with my granny at the branch in Southgate mall, service was terrible, couldn’t hear the waiter when he talked, waited more than 10 minutes for my drink, even the food came before my drink arrived, food was undercooked when we confronted the waiter he didn’t know what to do about the situation so we ended up taking away the food and refrying it at home as staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, stuff has no social awareness, sit on their phones, no one came to check up on our table, had to wait to wave them down as they stood on their phones the whole time. No one came to clean up the table until after we were leaving Worst restaurant experience ever! Would never recommend!
