Last night I took my wife a night out! What a disappointing experience Order wine, waiter looked inexperienced could operate the POS system Took a further 15-20 min to get the wine then she tells us they have no wine glasses Bring champagne glasses ???? 10 min later I get one wine glass? Just by the way this is the branch lifestyle center centurion which has a pickn pay..... Needless to say they did even attempt to purchase glass there. Then after asking for the manager twice she ran off to the toilet. What training do your staff get absolutely pathetic Service..... After 35+ mins nobody had even asked to order?
