Ocean basket service sucks

Currently sitting here for about 37 minutes and only received drinks. When asked whats going on the only answer is we will go and check or they are still busy. Everyone around us is getting food except us. Shouldnt they then wait who came in after us???? Pathetic sevice. Oh its the one in cape gate.
