Ocean Basket - Savanna Prejudice

So I saw the add for last week's fish, Chips & rice for R94 and gathered friends and family (15 people) to go eat Sunday lunch (14/07/24) at Ocean Basket at Savanna Mall in Polokwane.

We placed a drinks order and luckily I immediately advised thd waiter that we all would be having the "special" to which he advised was out of stock of which i asked how do you not have stock and he rudely rep**** it is stated on the add "until stock last" ....*******...no such was stated on the add. I then asked him to enquire from management if the branch at Mall of the North had stock. He returned and advised that Mall of the North was out as well. I canceled the drinks order and we all left saddened. We however traveled to Mall of the North to eat at another restaurant and after passed Ocean Basket to enquire about the "special" and was advised that they are serving thd special and that it was the last day. We had already eaten so we proceeded home. What terrible and embarrassing situation to be put in ac wd were all looking Forward to eating fish. We took the time to drive out to OB Savanna only too be **** to. Imagine 15 patrons ....how embarrassing. I guess they didn't need our business or was too lazy to serve us. #disgustingservice
