Ocean basket's bad service

My husband and I went in to the Ocean Basket at the Grey Owl shopping centre in Centurion to get simple take aways. <br> The waiter took our order and asked us to have a seat while we waited. <br> Almost an hour later, we had to get the attention of another waiter to find out what was going on with our order. The other waiter told us that he would find out and come back to us. He also never did. <br> Eventually, we found the waiter who initially helped us and he passed us onto a lady (Aggy) who brought us the bill without saying a word. When we asked her if the food was ready she said that it would be a few more minutes. <br> We were quite upset, paid and left only to find out that there was no sauce, salt or serviettes in the bag. <br> The food was therefore extremely dry and tasteless. <br>
