Ocean basket ruined my anniversary

Ocean basket Clearwater was the first restaurant I took my wife to before we got married and it has been an institution to go there on our wedding anniversary , but that has changed. I have never had such bad service or bad food as I had yesterday. We sat for 20 minutes before a waiter showed up. When the brea****ls came they were microwave heated, i know that because they went from soft and hot to rock hard in an instant. Then we ordered sushi for starter. It came with a very small amount of wasabi, i asked for more and the waiter went to get...never to be seen again. The food came after a long wait and what a mess. The chips were good, but thats all. The calamari was ice cold and chewy as a piece of rubber. The fish was overcooked to the point of seriosly crunching when biting it. And the kimg prawns...they almost had me in tears. So overcooked i couldnt get them deshelled. The meat was stuck to the shell so badly i had to try and sc**** it out before just giving up. The waiters were nowhere to be seen because there was a soccer match being broadcast from Parrots across the isle and they were all standing there watching the game. The place was all but deserted when we got there and now i know why. I do not want a voucher or refund, just informing you why you are losing clients, me being one of the ones who will not be going back. Thanks for ruining a great day.
