Ocean Basket quality is poor yet prices are high

The quality of Ocean Basket food has dropped over the years with continuous price increases. My wife and I made a promise never to dine there however we went there today and it was pathetic the food was ready in 5 minutes and was sloppy and the seafood was off very poor quality. We also ordered a California roll as staters which was soaked in oil and only came to us after our mains had arrived. We just ate and left as it was disgusting. This is not intended for the staff as they were good however the food they serve is scary. Ocean basket has become a fast food outlet rather then a competitor to the likes of John Dorys etc they standards are so low that they should now compete with fish aways and other fish and chips takeouts as even a McDonalds meal is more satisfying yet half the price. Disappointing guys we don't mind paying for quality so please provide it.
