Ocean Basket prawns not cleaned

Been to Ocean Basket in Monument Krugersdorp three times and on all occasions the prawns were not cleaned. We used to visit the Ocean Basket in Silverstar Casino which has closed and we never had a complaint. I don’t know whose job it is to clean the prawns, but they are obviously doing a bad job.
