Ocean basket POOR service!!!

Very disappointed at the Ocean Basket in camps bay, never had such a poor service. I went to have early dinner with my husband and we were not attended too. We had to beg for the menu, refill of drinks, and even the bill. We were sitting upstairs area, we had to go down stairs just to pay our meal when the waiter was just standing by the counter doing absolutely nothing. I'm so upset and not impressed at all. This happened 13 January 2019, from arriving 18:35 to 20:20.
